2. Data processed and purposes
We only collect data strictly necessary for the following purposes:

Website analytics and improvement: navigation data (pages viewed, device type, browser, truncated IP) to measure audience and improve content, based on your consent (Art. 6-1-a GDPR).
Retention: 25 months. -
Contact forms and newsletters: email address, name (optional), message content, to reply or send updates, based on your consent (Art. 6-1-a GDPR).
Retention: 3 years after last interaction. -
Email engagement metrics: opens, clicks, unsubscribe, for interest measurement and content optimization, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6-1-f GDPR).
Retention: 2 years.
No “health data” within the meaning of GDPR is collected or processed for these purposes, and no data from the May app is shared with advertising platforms.
3. Cookies
Non-essential cookies (analytics, performance) are used only with your consent via our cookie banner (Axeptio).
Advertising trackers, if any, are limited to the website and are disabled by default.
4. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by service providers acting on behalf of LN Care, strictly for:

analytics (Google Analytics – consent only).
No sharing of in-app data with advertising platforms is performed.
5. International transfers
Where applicable, transfers outside the EU are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or object to processing for marketing purposes at any time by contacting [email protected].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
